PoolProducts is owned by Tim Stadler. Originally from USA - Tim has over 30 years experience in the pool building industry, and has built more than 750 pools! He currently operates in the Nelson area, but may be 'coaxed out' for work elsewhere!

Our products come mainly from U.S.A. We want to provide our customers with high quality products at a very reasonable price. We don’t stock cheap stuff, which won’t last! It is our aim to make our customers so happy they will not only re-order from us again, but also tell their friends about our service.

How to shop at Poolproducts

You can trust that our shopping cart system is not only 100% safe, but also very easy to use. To buy at Poolproducts, navigate from the different product categories on the menu bar to the left of the page, then click the "add to basket" button of the product you want. If necessary change the quantity. When satisfied with your order, click the Checkout button.

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

Tell us! ( ) We are constantly upgrading and extending our range of products, and if there is anything you would like us to stock, we will be happy to look into the product and, if feasible, include it in our program.

Shipping

All our prices include postage within New Zealand. However, for orders under $ 100.00 we charge a freight- and handling fee of $ 10.00 for customers on the North Island, and $ 20.00 for customers on the South Island.

It will usually take 5 working days for your order to arrive at your doorstep, heat pumps will need approximately 10 - 14 days.

We currently do NOT deliver to addresses outside New Zealand, but please if you are interested in having an order sent overseas and we will see what we can do for you.

Payments

We currently accept MasterCard and Visa Card. All credit card payments are processed through Paystation, a Paymark Certified Solutions Provider that has proven its ability to meet the high standards required by New Zealand banks.

Payment direct bank transfer is also possible. Please write in the transaction 'additional details' box that you want to pay by 'direct bank transfer' when placing your order.

Warranty

Generally, if you're not entirely satisfied with one of our products for whatever reason, you can return it to us and we'll either replace it or refund the whole amount minus freight costs. Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in good condition and in original packaging. Where applicable, the manufacturer's warranty policies are mentioned on each product page. If nothing is mentioned, our 30 days full satisfaction warranty applies. Please contact us first, so we can advise you of the correct return address of our warehouse!

Privacy

All of your information remains private with us. Absolutely no information is released from our company. We do not sell or give away your name, telephone number or e-mail address to anybody or any organisation, ever.

Our payment system uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encode sensitive information like your credit card number while it passes through the internet. Your details are safe with us and nobody else has access to your private details. Our shop is safe and private.
