In order to have clear and clean water in your pool, it is important that you keep the water well balanced. To be able to do this, you will need some sort of testing equipment ? either a complete test kit or special test strips for the components to-be-tested. Both varieties are very simple to use, just follow the enclosed step-by-step instructions!
To keep your pool at its best, test a minimum of once a week, and test your spa before each use (two bathers in a 400-gallon spa are the equivalent of 150 swimmers in a 20,000-gallon pool!). It?s also a good idea to write down your results each time you test.
