We have a no-return policy so please choose carefully; of course new products do carry great warranties. If you are unsure about a product’s suitability, please ask questions before you purchase.
If you have purchased a product that develops a fault which is covered by warranty, please contact us on email@example.com. Some claims will be directly between you and the manufacturer. Please remember to register your purchase if you are requested, to ensure your manufacturer’s warranty is valid.
It is at the seller’s discretion to either replace a faulty item or offer a refund. For your warranty claim to be accepted you may need to return your item for our inspection. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will not include any shipping costs.
Some sale items will carry no warranty as they have been discounted due to being shop soiled or damaged in some way. Any items which do not carry a warranty will be advertised as such and are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis.
